With the increasing of Indian plastic part consumption per person , Indian plastic industries demands is increasing at the same time. It’s estimated that within 5 years in the futures, the consumption amount of Indian plastic would be increasing straightly. China plans to establish two industrial estates in Gujarat, western India. Chinese Chariman, Xi jinping & prime minister of India, Narendra Modi signed the agreement of establishment. China plans to set up factories of plastic , electrical appliance. One of the industrial estates is located in Vadodara, near Karjan and the other is located in Maharashtra. Also, China announced that within 5 years in the future, the investment would reach 20 billion USD for basic equipment & manufacturing project. After Japan announced to put 35 billion USD in India, China hopes to establish more close relationship with India. From now, the investment capital in India China put is about 0.4 billion USD, mainly in Gujarat. The investment amount would overpass Japan in the future.

India is populous nation, which has lower laber cost comparing with western countries, & even have lower cost than in China in some fields.
