Because of the frequent moving of the out wire, the joint is easy suffering the short circuit. Therefore, the signal line is directly connected with the output end of the machine. When short circuit occurs, it directly leads to the burnout of the machine controller I/O. At present, injector 530T has suffering twice breakdowns. Consignations maintenance requires fare of 150 thousand yuan and takes 3 days. (3 breakdowns have occurred after the introduction of the equipment.)

1.The breaker is the first-grade protection, which is closed normally and serves to short circuit and overload protection;

2.The relay is the second-grade protection which is opened normally and input with non-controller power and serves to have an isolated function.
