Specification withΦ2~ Φ16, home-making hard alloy cutter can be repaired repeatedly and be used as precise processing cutter with the same specification. But the total length of the Hitachi cutter Φ2 we purchased earlier had only 50mm and the head blade length has only 2~3mm, so it can’t be repaired directly. If it need to be used as the same specification cutter, the head blade need to be cut off 10~15mm. But the left 35~40mm part can’t fit in the grinding machine tool to be repaired. (Because of the limitation of the grinding machine tool, the length of the blade should be larger than 45mm. If not, it can’t be repaired)
